Kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i \u0110i\u1ec1u 584 BLDS 2015:\u00a0 \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u00e0o c\u00f3 h\u00e0nh vi g\u00e2y thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i tr\u00e1i ph\u00e9p \u0111\u1ec1u ph\u1ea3i b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng cho b\u00ean b\u1ecb thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i, tr\u1eeb khi ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt c\u00f3 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh kh\u00e1c\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ngo\u00e0i ra, t\u1ea1i Kho\u1ea3n 1 \u0110i\u1ec1u 302 Lu\u1eadt Th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 B\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i trong ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i nh\u01b0 sau: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c b\u00ean vi ph\u1ea1m b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u1eefng t\u1ed5n th\u1ea5t do h\u00e0nh vi vi ph\u1ea1m h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng g\u00e2y ra cho b\u00ean b\u1ecb vi ph\u1ea1m<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u1eeb c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh tr\u00ean, th\u00ec vi\u1ec7c b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i trong h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng l\u00e0 tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a b\u00ean c\u00f3 h\u00e0nh vi vi ph\u1ea1m th\u1ecfa thu\u1eadn gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c b\u00ean g\u00e2y ra thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2.
